Verifying punctuation

OK, so I’m not above a little pedantry in the same way as the ocean is not a little above the sky:

“We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to do all he can to STOP ANIMAL TESTING”

“We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to do all he can to STOP ANIMAL TESTING.
Millions and millions of not only mice and monkeys but cats, dogs and in some cases horses die every single year just so we can have the perfect toothpaste of make-up. I say we put a stop to all of this and encourage the PM to do all he can in his power to help put an EU wide ban on animal testing.”

Quite what a “toothpaste of make-up” is, I hate to think. However, the one that struck me is the phrase `ANIMAL TESTING’. Doesn’t that imply a Larson cartoon of a horse sitting at a desk, zoomed-in on the score `3/10, see me, you stupid ass’? Or a caption like “yes, that is indeed an animal”? ;)
